Terms of service

By using Hourvane you agree to these terms. The service is provided by Quantum ITech Pavlo Ilynych, Pulawska 186, 02-670 Warsaw, Poland. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.

Hourvane counts days, working days, public holidays and working hours between two dates, and can estimate earnings from an hourly rate. Core functionality is free and requires no account. An optional account stores your data so it follows you between devices.

The calculations are provided for convenience and information only. They are not legal, tax, payroll, accounting or financial advice, and must not be relied upon as the sole basis for invoicing, payroll, contractual deadlines or statutory filings.

Public holiday data comes from a third-party source and may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong for your specific region — many countries have regional holidays, substitute days and observances that a single national list does not capture. Always verify against an official source before relying on a result that carries financial or legal consequence.

Earnings figures are estimates. Any tax or VAT percentage you enter is applied as a simple deduction; it does not reflect real tax law, brackets, allowances or your personal circumstances.

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. Provide an email address you control. Tell us promptly at rolopaw@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that is being used unlawfully, abusively, or in a way that degrades the service for others.

You agree not to:

• Use the service unlawfully or to infringe anyone's rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service, other accounts, or the underlying infrastructure.
• Place unreasonable load on the service, including automated scraping or bulk querying that degrades it for others.
• Resell or redistribute the service as your own product.

You keep ownership of everything you enter. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and display it back to you. How we handle it is described in our privacy policy.

We take reasonable care, but you remain responsible for keeping your own copies of anything important. Export your data periodically using the CSV export.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may modify or discontinue features at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of data arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months or EUR 50.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. If you are a consumer in the EU, your statutory rights are not affected.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a revised date, and continued use afterwards constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia, and the courts of Croatia have jurisdiction, without depriving you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.
